Money- Test Test Test

Its interesting how much money I can spend, when i have so little. I mean really? How is it that I get paid weekly yet I am still living paycheck to paycheck. Is that it. I mean is it because I get paid every week and I don't budget. Or is it that I spend $35 a week on smokes and at least another $35 on grabbing lunch with friends.
